Privacy Notice

Casa Bow collects the contact, booking, guest and optional travel information needed to answer enquiries, administer stays and communicate check-in arrangements. This information is stored securely, is not sold, and is used for transactional messages connected with an enquiry or booking.

Spanish guest registration

Spanish guest-registration requirements require identification details to be provided for guests aged 14 and over. Casa Bow uses GuestAdmin.io to administer this statutory guest-registration process. Identification, passport or other identity-document details are processed through GuestAdmin.io.

The property owner does not retain a separate copy of guests’ identification document details. Casa Bow does not store passport or identity-document details in its booking database.

Service providers

Casa Bow uses Supabase for protected booking records, Stripe for secure payments, Resend for transactional email and GuestAdmin.io to administer guest registration. Providers process only the information needed for their role.

Your rights

UK and EU guests may ask to access or correct their personal data and, where applicable, request erasure, subject to legal record-keeping obligations.
