Casa Bow collects only the information needed to respond to enquiries and manage stays. Enquiry and booking data is stored securely and is not sold. Transactional messages are sent to service your enquiry or booking; marketing consent, where offered, is separate and optional.

UK and EU guests may ask to access, correct or erase their personal data, subject to legal record-keeping requirements. Owner contact details and retention periods should be added before launch.
