Booking Terms & House Rules

Submitting an enquiry does not create a booking. A stay is confirmed only after owner approval, completion of the private booking form and verified receipt of the required payment.

Payment & booking confirmation

A standard non-refundable booking deposit of £100 is payable when booking. Longer stays may require a higher deposit; where this applies, the required amount will be confirmed before payment. The remaining balance is due 28 days before arrival. For bookings made within that period, the remaining balance may be due immediately. Customer totals are final totals with fees included.

Check-in & check-out

Check-in is from 3:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM.

Property manager & arrival

Relevant property-manager contact and check-in details are provided one week before arrival, provided required guest registration has been completed.

Guest registration

Required identity information must be supplied where legally required. See the Privacy Notice for how registration data is handled.

Registered guests & occupancy

Guests must accurately declare everyone staying at Casa Bow, including any additional guests. Additional guests may result in an additional charge. Occupancy must not exceed the legal maximum permitted for the property.

Travel insurance

Each guest or group is responsible for obtaining suitable travel insurance appropriate to their circumstances.

House Rules

  • Only registered guests may stay overnight, and all additional guests must be declared.
  • Occupancy must not exceed the legal maximum permitted for the property.
  • No parties or events.
  • No smoking inside the property.
  • Respect neighbours and the residential community.
  • Follow communal pool and community rules.
  • Report damage or problems promptly.
  • Follow the supplied check-in and check-out instructions.
  • Leave the property in reasonable condition.
  • Comply with applicable local and community requirements.
